ECHO - Derailed Train

First project of the year - I had a chance to participate in Max Kozhevnikovs mentorship. Over the course of a month we had to create a project which we would work and get feedback on. I decided to create a rail train which was inspired by Ghibli or Moebius, set on a forsaken island on another planet.

I decided to create a concept of a character (as rough as it might be), because I don't like to put in the standard "concept art stickman figure". Here are two fisherman traversing the hostile island in search for exotic fish. They travel through a rail train tunnel which is interrupted and they need to find a way to get on the other side to continue their journey.

Now back to studying.
